Ok,here's a view of the back of the Independence Fire Company, looking East from the bridge on Sixth St. This picture was taken Feb. 1 1939.

Here's a look at this same property from the front at an earlier date. I don't have a date on this one. The bridge in the picture is the Market St. bridge, and it was taken from Lincoln St. The small building was actually moved up Market St. and is now the Dixie Brother's Barber Shop. The Independence Fire Company now stands where the small building was.

This one can be a little confusing, the blurry thing is two people actually. On this picture we are looking down Market St. towards the Market St. bridge that's seen in the picture above this on. We are facing North in this picture (towards the coal bank).
